Project
The resting place of God
The land is already donated. Scripture identifies the Church as a Temple of Prayer and the means of God’s government in the nations. Hence the need to build a physical place — the prayer room — where pastors and believers from every congregation gather for 24/7 prayer.

This is how it will look
Renders of the architectural project. The land is donated and the build has started: this is not an idea, it is a drawing being executed.
What is being built
-
Ground floor
Ground floor: a hall, the place of 24/7 prayer.
-
First floor
First floor: offices and a training hall for the prayer movement.
The three phases
Based on construction costs in Quito, $1,000 per square metre with mid-range finishes.
Phase one — shell
Foundations and walls, structural shell. Approximate cost: $85,000 US dollars.
Phase two — finishes
Construction finishes. Approximate cost: $90,000 US dollars.
Phase three — furnishing
Furnishing the prayer room. Approximate cost: $25,000 US dollars.
The first step is already taken
The land where the prayer room will stand was donated. We are not asking to buy a plot: we are asking to raise what goes on top of it. And part of the budget has already been gathered.
Two hundred metres, two hundred families
One square metre is a thousand dollars. That is the whole sum of the building, and it fits in one sentence.
-
$25
A bag of cement
A student can give this. It adds up with the rest.
-
$100
A day of work
One full day on the building site.
-
$1.000
One square metre
One square metre of the floor where prayer will go on day and night. It is the unit the whole sum is made of.
-
$5.000
Five square metres
A whole corner of the prayer hall.
-
$25.000
The furnishing
The entire third phase of the project.
-
$85.000
The structural shell
The whole first phase: foundations and walls.
Why a physical place
Scripture identifies the Church as a Temple of Prayer and the means of God’s government in the nations. A place of our own lets pastors and believers from every congregation gather for 24/7 prayer without depending on borrowed schedules or shared halls.
